Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. This is the most adjustable clip on bar on the market (and in history). The main purpose of an Aerobar is to get the rider into a fast position and, despite a fairly minimalist appearance, the Sonic/Ergo range offers a comprehensive fit range for exactly this purpose.

Features

  • The extension length and rotation can be easily adjusted using the top bolt
  • There are 100 distinct position options achievable just by moving the armrests
  • Combine that with the risers and this bar offers 1500 possible configurations
  • As a clip on bar it is also possible to adjust the extension width and tilt easily
  • It is worth noting that our previous top level clip on aerobar, the J4/F35 (Featuring on carbon clip ons), offered 90 possible configurations
  • This increase highlights the significant step forward we have made with our new generation Aerobars in allowing riders to precisely adjust their position
  • The Ergo Armrest shares the flippable design of the rest of our new generation armrests that means by swapping sides or rotating the armrests, smaller increments of movement are achieved ‐ making it simple to fine tune a rider position or match the position from their previous Aerobar or Bike
  • The 35a extensions offer a popular 35deg ski bend shape
