    Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

    Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

    Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date.     The Shimano Ultegra 12 Speed Di2 Disc Brake full groupset is the demonstration of Shimano's performance-focused technology. Ultegra Di2 is faster than ever before and features wireless technology for a clean cockpit.

    For their 12-Speed Ultegra Di2 Groupset Shimano took their existing electronic shifting system and made it even faster. Utilising an exclusive wireless protocol to increase shifting speeds without sacrificing any of the precise, reliability you expect from top of the range Shimano drivetrains.

    The new shift levers act as a wireless command centre and feature all-new ergonomics for a more aero and comfortable approach. That translates to seamless shifting thanks to their HYPERGLIDE+ technology. The brakes have also been completely redesigned. The hydraulic disc brakes take Shimano SERVOWAVE technology while increasing pad clearance to reduce unwanted brake squeal.
