Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. They launched a design challenge at the Politecnico University of Milan - The biggest design college in Italy. This 360deg project started by an in-depth market analysis to get to know the sector, the target and the competition. All that information and data was spun together to create the best product that Prologo can offer the E-Bike market - The Proxim saddle.

Features:

  • The Prologo Proxim W850 introduces a new revolutionary technology, the Multi-Sector System: three different individual zones mapped and separated from each other along the saddle, each composed of different interactive foams and single-cell pads. These areas work independently of each other and adapt to all positions for the cyclist, keeping you comfortable on rides for longer durations. Designed as a unisex saddle, it is equally suitable for men and women.
  • The PAS system is a channel in the base of the saddle. The hole or channel helps to maximises blood flow and supports the pelvic area while also preventing pressure peaks. This system is designed and developed to eliminate pressure and numbness to areas that need it most.
  • The TiroX saddle uses a TiroX Rail which is made using light-alloy steel. TiroX provides the rails with the necessary stiffness to be able to handle the large amounts of force that's created from pedalling. The specific steel is derived from aerospace and aeronautic industries. The TiroX rail is well balanced and is the best compromise between weight and rigidity.
