Delivery:- There is free postage available on orders over the value of £25 (excluding bikes and scooters).
We usually send orders via Parcel Force, although sometimes alternative couriers may be sourced and large items will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left with information about your delivery. After the 2nd attempt the courier will leave a card explaining how and where the customer can collect the parcel from. Unfortunately we are unable to request the courier to leave the goods without a signature or add a message to the delivery such as “leave in the shed”.
When purchasing a product via the website, please ensure you enter a valid email and mobile number for us to send you tracking details for the product you’ve ordered
Bike Deliveries –
Not all bikes we sell on-line are available for direct delivery, in some cases we may only offer a Click & Collect option. The delivery and collection options will be shown in your basket when any items have been added. All bikes that are delivered will come packed and boxed directly from the factory or our warehouse. In all cases bikes will require an element of building including fitting the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, seatpost and saddle. Gear and Brake set up will also be required. Once unboxed we strongly recommend that all bikes are built and a full set up is completed by a qualified cycle mechanic. We recommend using your local bike shop to unpack and build your bike. We will require proof of this for any warranty claims.
We would also recommend that the bike has a first service within the first 6-8 weeks to make any minor adjustments to gears and brakes.

Returns:- Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods..
Online purchases:- can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.
