Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. They remastered our superior racing shoe with premium performance, stiff power transfer, exceptional comfort and made it the most breathable shoe yet. If your feet get sweaty as you ride, but you don’t want to compromise power – the f-xx-knit is for you. Pro-tour riders all say the same thing “it is the most breathable shoe they’ve raced with”.

The f-xx knit sports a similar profile to the f-xx ii and features the elite r500 carbon fiber outsole for maximum power transfer. The footbed is sculpted with a supportive hazel that helps to increase blood flow, reduce hot spots on your foot and ensure that your power is going directly into the pedal for maximum performance.

The new upper uses a triple layer of extra strong nylon yarn of our development xd-knit that is super breathable and will keep any riders foot cool on those hot, long rides. The new xx-knit is durable, will keep riders feet in place and won’t stretch. This seamless upper has a sleek look that is complete with single new dial to optimize closure on a critical foot zone.
